Terms of service
Last updated: April 7, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Rumble (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
Rumble is a multiplayer party game platform. We provide real-time browser-based games that you can play with friends. The Service is available via the web and as a Discord Activity.
3. Accounts
You may use Rumble without an account with limited access. Creating an account (via email or Discord) gives you access to additional features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some games require a Rumble Pass subscription or tokens. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe (web) or Discord’s payment system (Discord Activity). You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Free tokens are provided on a rolling 30-day window. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at [email protected].
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
- Submit offensive or inappropriate content in games that accept user input
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of Rumble is owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you create during gameplay (drawings, text responses, etc.), but grant us a license to display it to other players during the game session.
7. Service Availability & Third-Party Services
Rumble relies on third-party services including Discord, Deezer, YouTube, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Outages, changes, or limitations from these providers may affect game functionality and are outside our control.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that any specific game or feature will function without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or interruption of gameplay.
10. Refunds
All subscriptions include a free trial period. If a game or feature does not work as expected during your paid subscription, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
