1. What We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account info — email address, display name, and avatar when you sign up or link your Discord account
• Gameplay data — scores, game actions, and session data to run games in real time
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe or Discord. We never see or store your card details.
• Analytics — anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used) via PostHog and Vercel Analytics to improve the Service
• Support messages — bug reports you submit, together with relevant page, account, and session context needed to investigate them

2. How We Use It

• To run and improve the games
• To manage your account and subscription
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
• To investigate and respond to bug reports
• To send transactional emails (account, billing) — never marketing spam

3. What We Share

We don’t sell your data. We share information only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Discord — when you use Rumble as a Discord Activity (your Discord user ID is used for authentication and entitlements)
• Hosting providers — Vercel (app hosting) and Cloudflare (real-time servers)
• Analytics and support — PostHog for product analytics, session replay, and support ticket management

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. Analytics cookies are used by PostHog and Vercel Analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Gameplay data (drawings, text responses) is ephemeral and not stored after the game session ends. You can request account deletion by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Rumble is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
